A | 讯 中国人民银行8月21日发布公告显示，为丰富香港高信用等级人民币金融产品，完善香港人民币收益率曲线，根据中国人民银行与香港金融管理局签署的《关于使用债务工具中央结算系统发行中国人民银行票据的合作备忘录》，2026年8月25日（周二）中国人民银行将通过香港金融管理局债务工具中央结算系统（CMU）债券投标平台，招标发行2026年第七期和第八期中央银行票据。
B | (ECNS) -- China recorded improvements in both air and water quality in the first seven months of 2026, with average PM2.5 concentrations falling 6.2% year on year, Minister of Ecology and Environment Huang Runqiu said Thursday. The average concentration of fine particulate matter, or PM2.5, fell by 1.8 micrograms per cubic meter from a year earlier, while the proportion of days with good air quality increased by 3.9 percentage points, Huang said at a press conference held by the State Council Information Office. The proportion of surface-water monitoring sections meeting Grade I-III water quality standards reached 86.5%, up 2.4 percentage points year on year. Water quality in the main streams of the Yangtze and Yellow rivers remained at Grade II. (By Helen Mo, intern Yang Hongran)
